1. Where is my package?
After placing your order, it typically takes 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order and 3-7 business days (Mon-Fri) for your package to be delivered. If these timeframes have passed and your package has not arrived, please Contact Our Customer Service for assistance.
2. Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code via email. Please check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Note that it may take some time for the Track & Trace link to become active.
3. How can I track my order's progress?
You can track your order's progress using the Track & Trace number provided in your email. Enter your tracking number on our Track Your Order page to view the status of your delivery.
4. I am not satisfied with my package.
